This chocolate cake has officially bumped up to the number one spot in my recipe folder! It totally booted my other beloved chocolate cake recipe… & IT’S VEGAN/GF! WHAT?! I’ve made it 3x in one week. I think I may have a slight addiction. It’s by far the most fudgy & moist chocolate cake you will ever bite into! That’s a promise. It puts all other cakes to shame. This is my new GO-TO chocolate cake recipe. My new love.

If you’re looking for an excuse to have dessert for breakfast, look no further! Since this is considered a cinnamon roll cheesecake, you don’t have to feel guilty eating dessert for breakfast! Cinnamon rolls ARE a breakfast food, aren’t they?! 😉 You’re welcome!
This cheesecake has a crunchy graham cracker crust, filled with creamy cheesecake deliciousness, studded with cinnamon sugar crumbles, & topped with a dusting of cinnamon sugar & a silky cream cheese frosting!
How can you say no to this dessert?
I made this recipe yesterday & ¼ of the pie remains. Sadly, I’m not exaggerating *looks down*. There WAS ½ left this morning, but I decided to have a slice with my coffee (because why not?)… leaving me with a sad ¼.
I feel like there are two types of people during quarantine. 1: people motivated with their free time to work out like beasts! 2: people who are just baking & eating their feelings.

Holy Toledo, this cinnamon roll cake is ruining my summer bod with a QUICKNESS :O
I normally have somewhat good self-control when it comes to baked goods. “Everything in moderation,” they say! Well, there wasn’t anything moderate about the size of the slice I served myself. Let alone the second helping. Bring on the stretchy pants!
You guys… this recipe is SUPER special to me <3 Every year, for every birthday since I met my husband, my mother in law makes this carrot cake! Yes, THIS exact recipe! This cake is a MOTHER. FUDGING. BEAST!!
This cake takes the cake!! Get itttt??!! Sorry, couldn’t pass up a bad cake joke! It literally took me one full day to defeat this thing (meringue kisses included). The result: BEYOND worth it. C’mon, this cake is soaked in champagne syrup; if that doesn’t scream Valentine’s Day then I don’t know what does!
