This chocolate cake has officially bumped up to the number one spot in my recipe folder! It totally booted my other beloved chocolate cake recipe… & IT’S VEGAN/GF! WHAT?! I’ve made it 3x in one week. I think I may have a slight addiction. It’s by far the most fudgy & moist chocolate cake you will ever bite into! That’s a promise. It puts all other cakes to shame. This is my new GO-TO chocolate cake recipe. My new love.
At this point I’ve just accepted that there will be no summer bod… & I’m ok with that. When you can accept something, it makes indulging in things like donuts so much more pleasurable! Hahaha! Joking(ish).
These little baked chocolate donuts = pure heaven. They aren’t overly sweet, which is something I really admire about them (yes, speaking like they’re my children). Seriously though, they are the perfect balance of dark chocolate with a subtle sweetness to them.

Macarons! One little word. A whole lot of practice batches!
Guys, I NEED to perfect the French macaron. I am on a mission. A macaron mission if you will!! For generations, macarons have stumped even the most advanced bakers. If there is one confectionary treat that takes practice—it’s these bad boys.
When I tried my hand at them for the very first time yearsss back, my batch came out like PERFECTION!! We are talking p-e-r-f-e-c-t.

Think Little Debbie Oatmeal Crème Pies… but WAAAAYYYYYYY better! THAT’S what this oatmeal cookiewich is like! It’s soft, chewy, chocolatey, cinnamon oat-y & filled with the fluffiest cream filling. It’s basically heaven all in one bite!
Winter baking has SERIOUSLY commenced in my home & my winter bod is comin’ in HOTTTTT after this recipe hahaha! My hubby is going to have to ROLL me like Violet from Charlie & the Chocolate Factory… #nojoke.
This is a French-inspired “drinking chocolate”, which essentially means it’s the thickest & fuckin’ creamiest hot chocolate you’ll ever drink. It is RICH AS FUCK, so you gotta love yo’self some chocolate. If you want to completely change the texture of it… just add more milk to make it more of a “regular” hot chocolate. Either way, it won’t let you down. PRRRROMISE!
It’s the perfect drink to warm you up on a chilly night!!

I have been making these chocolate biscuits for years! The only challenge was that now I needed to convert this recipe to gluten-free while trying to maintain its rock star deliciousness… and I DID IT!!

FULL DISCLOSURE: My sweet hubby made these bars you see pictured above. YES, IT’S TRUE. That’s how easy they are! Ok, well he’s had sommme practice baking from being my better half for the past nine years. It’s still impressive though, right?! I was having a super PMS-y day & he asked if he could make anything at all for me… what would it be?? I said PB bars hands down! He nodded, went straight to work & VOILA *applause*!
These pancakes need no introduction. Just look at that stack of beauties ^^^ OH MY DAMN <3 <3 *drooooooool*
They’re gluten free, but you’d sure NEVER know it!! They’re golden & chocolatey with a tender ass crumb… that’s all you need to know.
It’s the easiest & quickest breakfast, not to mention THEE tastiest! C’mon, it’s time to make these now.

You guys know when you want to make a healthier brownie taste like a reeeeeally bad for you brownie?!?! WELL I FOUND THE PERFECT RECIPE! I’m about to make all your brownie dreams come true! The best part?! The CRAZY part?! They’re 100% vegan + gf :O ohmygawdddd!!
You’re probably skeptical as a mother right now, just like I was at first! I read the recipe & didn’t see any type of refined sugar & I allllllmost tapped out, but the healthier version of me was curious!
These bars are SO quick & painless to make! They couldn’t be any easier to whip together. The hardest part is waiting to eat them while they chill in the fridge. They are a no bake bar & only require some ingredients to be heated up on the stove. EASYYYY!!
They have a delicious rich fudgy chocolate peanut butter center & a chewy brown sugar oat crust/topping. We are talking YUM-tastic!
