This is my go-to weeknight dinner! EASIEST. FASTEST. RECIPE. EVER!

The sauce takes like 5 minutes & the salmon not even 10 minutes. The longest thing about this dish is cooking the rice (if you wish to serve it over that).
I usually pair this dish with some sautéed broccoli & an Asian type salad. I make this dinner at least once a week when I want to throw something together quickly, but with flavor that seems like it took me all day to make.

How much more amazing do these sound than chicken nuggets?!?! I guess I could be biased since I haven’t eaten meat since 2011 *shrugs*… either way these are off the charts DELIGHTFUL AF!! My toddler DEVOURS these when I make them. I wish there was a stronger word for devour, because that’s what he does to these. Let’s just say he annihilates these salmon nugs. He does NOT however, devour the celery pictured with them. He loathes celery, & if I’m being honest… I do too; it’s too damn stringy. Daddy gets our celery <3 <3
