This chocolate cake has officially bumped up to the number one spot in my recipe folder! It totally booted my other beloved chocolate cake recipe… & IT’S VEGAN/GF! WHAT?! I’ve made it 3x in one week. I think I may have a slight addiction. It’s by far the most fudgy & moist chocolate cake you will ever bite into! That’s a promise. It puts all other cakes to shame. This is my new GO-TO chocolate cake recipe. My new love.
This is a French-inspired “drinking chocolate”, which essentially means it’s the thickest & fuckin’ creamiest hot chocolate you’ll ever drink. It is RICH AS FUCK, so you gotta love yo’self some chocolate. If you want to completely change the texture of it… just add more milk to make it more of a “regular” hot chocolate. Either way, it won’t let you down. PRRRROMISE!
It’s the perfect drink to warm you up on a chilly night!!

My bruschetta is one of my most coveted recipes! A true garlic lovers best friend! I can’t tell you how many times I have been asked for this recipe. Let me tell you, writing it down was H-A-R-D. I normally make this & adjust the seasonings as I go. Keeping track of what exactly I put in it?!?! A straight up challenge.

I paired it with a flaky baked halibut & it was phenomenally complementary!

¾ cup vegan butter, cold (such as Earth Balance)
FAIL #1: Forgetting to put the romaine lettuce on my dish before photographing it… AS IT SAT CHOPPED IN MY FRIDGE *eye roll*. I wouldn’t let it go all night. I brought it up so many times that I actually thought my husband was going to duct tape my mouth shut. Or lock me in the closet. Luckily he took the moral high ground & let me just be bitter at myself.

I have been making this deliciously creamy fall soup for the past three years now starting in November!! It’s THAT tasty that I keep going back to it. It also just screams H E L L O F A L L !! I made this soup for a Friendsgiving one year & had three people ask me for the recipe! It’s not my own but this recipe sure is a NAILED IT! It’s easy, gluten-free AND Vegan! I added the roasted chickpeas on top to give it a bit of crunch & texture, but that’s really all I did differently (& it’s totally optional).
